• All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

• No contract shall be deemed to exist between Outdoors & Active and a customer until we have confirmed such. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

ORDERS

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (not secure), or through  our store.

• All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro and PayPal.

• If the issuer of your card / PayPal refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card or PayPal payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

THE ORDER PROCESS

• When you place an order online or by phone we will email you confirmation that it has been received.

• The order will then go through a number of checks before we accept it and confirm the products are being dispatched.

• These checks include stock availability, product prices, security, payment and fraud screening.

• Your order has not been accepted until this process is complete and no contract exists until we confirm that the items have been dispatched to you.
